About a year ago, a prototype filter was placed in a stormwater drain in Tallinn, Estonia. Last week it was removed and sent to us in Sweden. We have not yet analyzed the absorbents but it will be done.
This is our first full-scale test of having a filter in a stormwater drain for a full year. It will provide valuable knowledge to us. What we can see is that the oil absorbent has absorbed a lot of oils. We can also see that a small amount of debris has managed to get into the top cone, but that small amount does not affect the floating capacity or the flow trough the filter.
