The innovative floating storm water filter will be on display at the WIN-water innovation stand by the main entrance as well as with our partner S:t Eriks Betong.
Storm water is polluted by each and every toxic substance on the ground that rain washes down into the storm water drain. That’s why Swedrop uses multiple absorbants to attack this polluted coctail. The swedrop innovation lies in the design of the carrier of many absorbents rather than in any specific material.
Our standard configuration uses activated carbon, polypropylene fiber and blast furnace slag to adress organic pollutants, oil and metal ions. For special situations we have configured zeolites, limestone or high-kinetic metal absorbents. Whatever your challange with storm water quality, we can find a solution of absorbents carried by Swedrop storm water filters.
